I haven’t even received my backdrop yet but I had to leave a review to just explain how INCREDIBLE Grace is! I know I’m going to love my finished product. Long story short - I messed up and ordered the wrong size backdrop, according to policy I should’ve just had to deal with it, so I ordered another backdrop to the size I needed. Grace not only changed my previous order for me to fit the size I needed and reimbursed me the difference. She also reimbursed me for the second one I ordered. I mean talk about AMAZING customer service. I’ll do another post when my finish product comes in!
